Diesel Laboratories (CB Engine & Machine) Warranty Policy
CB Engine & Machine (“we,” “us,” “our”) warrants that the diesel engine(s) built and installed herein are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, subject to the following terms:
General Use Pickup Trucks:** 2 years / unlimited miles Commercial Vehicles:** 1 year / unlimited miles
Coverage Details
Parts only, as covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Highly modified engines may qualify for warranty coverage upon prior approval. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original owner and vehicle.
Exclusions & Conditions
This warranty does not cover: Damage caused by neglect, abuse, improper maintenance, overheating, or cooling system failures.
Broken crankshafts, cracked pistons.
Damage from unapproved modifications or installation of unapproved performance parts.
Damage resulting from use of non-OEM engine coolant, stop leak products, or incompatible oils.
Any engine damage due to overheating or signs thereof.
Conditions for Validity:
All performance or aftermarket parts installed must be approved by CB Engine & Machine prior to installation.
Only engine oils and weights CB Engine & Machine approved
OEM-spec engine coolant must be used.
Oil changes must be performed every 5,000 miles, with maintenance records and receipts retained.
Any signs of overheating or cooling system issues are grounds for warranty denial.
Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim:
Immediately notify CB Engine & Machine upon suspicion of a defect.
Provide proof of proper maintenance (service records and receipts).
Allow inspection of the engine by CB Engine & Machine or an authorized representative before any repairs are performed under warranty.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by CB Engine & Machine. We expressly disclaim any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts as described above and does not cover labor costs, transportation, or incidental damages.
